Do note that some pumpkins have a Day and a Night photograph, to show the complete effect. Click the pictures of the pumpkins to see them larger.

  • Don't be-LABOR the point (Brooks and Katrina Boyd): 11 votes
  • Home Sweet Home (John and Allison Gettrust): 9 votes
  • Remind me tomorrow how much fun I had tonight (Lea Boyd): 4 votes
  • Little Miss Muffet (Kathy Gettrust): 4 votes
  • Good Kitty (Kelsey Pangborn): 2 votes

I like "Remind me tomorrow how much fun I had tonight" because it brings back memories (!!??) of younger days.

I am curious about the double set of eyes in Miss Muffet. Pretty cool.

I like little miss muppit. It's cool, yet traditional.

I also like be-labor in the day shot, but it's affect is lost in the night shot. So the other one wins.

I'm in awe of the detail of good kitty, but I LOVE Home sweet home...very spooky, very Halloween-y. Home sweet home gets my vote.

All are such awesome work, but have to go with the scarriest because Halloween is all about "All Hollow's Eve", that said Little Miss Muffet and Home Sweet Home win the vote!

I love both the puking and giving birth pumpkins. Since the be-laboring pumpkin is so original and made me laugh, I vote for that one. Great creative hands and minds!

I have to go with Good Kitty, which doesn't look good at all! Way scary.

Sorry, Victoria, you can only vote for one; would you care to choose between the two?

Oh, and in case anyone was wondering, Little Miss Muffet has a spider sitting on their head; not visible in the night shot, and we're looking to see if we can get a day shot of that one as well.

These get better every year. I have to go with "Don't be-labor" in honor of the 'lil punkin on the way. Is that what's meant by "out of your gourd?"
Great job to the creative carving crewe!
